In order to further optimize the division management, unify thoughts, enhance consciousness, and carry out the education and teaching work more effectively around the end of the semester, at noon on 24th June, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Senior High Department convened the regular meeting in June in the School Lecture Hall, which was attended by all the teachers of the Senior High Department and presided over by Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong who delivered a keynote speech in which he made clear the working concepts and key emphasis in work during the final stage of this term.
At the beginning of the meeting, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong arranged the key issues in each time node of the final phase in Grade 12, requiring each head teacher to strictly initiate the rules and regulations of the school and meticulously complete the established tasks of education and teaching. In addition, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong focused on the specific arrangements for the novel coronavirus pandemic prevention and control of the College Entrance Examination, stressing that preparations for the pandemic prevention and control of the College Entrance Examination must be conscientiously implemented, such as the application and verification of health codes, temperature monitoring 14 days before the examination and the wearing of masks.
Finally, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong summarized all the work in the Senior High Department of this semester in a number of aspects, not only affirming the results, but also pointing out the existing problems. Moreover, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong requested everyone to make concerted effort, obey the work arrangement of the Senior High department, do a good job in the College Entrance Examination, Senior High School Entrance examination, unified examination and final examination to ensure the smooth implementation of all kinds of education and teaching work in Anqing Foreign Language School.
In summary, this meeting served as a link between past and future and helped us indicate the direction and realize target refinement for the teaching work at the end of the term. Therefore, each meeting is a promotion and we are supposed to be down-to-earth and forge ahead. It’s believed that that Anqing Foreign Language School’s Senior High Department will be better and better!
